Stage 2 (T+7): File emergency ex parte pre-litigation asset preservation and seizure application with Thai court; execute account freezing.
Stage 3 (T+15): File formal civil and commercial complaint; or concurrently file criminal fraud report under Commercial Cheques Act.
Stage 4 (T+90~150): Trial hearing and evidence presentation; submit consular-authenticated commercial statements of account (SOA) and customs shipping documents.
Stage 5 (T+180~360): Obtain judgment; transfer to execution bureau for forced auction and sequential asset distribution.
